La identificación y reconocimiento de síntomas postraumáticos complejos y disociativos en niños y adolescentes suele verse obstaculizada por una serie de factores, entre ellos, principalmente, la falta de conocimiento específico en la temática y la confusión con otros diagnósticos. Este webinar presenta nociones elementales para la evaluación diagnóstica diferencial de síntomas disociativos en niños y adolescentes.

Sandra Baita es psicóloga clínica egresada de la Universidad de Buenos Aires, con Posgrado en Clínica de Niños de la misma casa de estudios, terapeuta y supervisora certificada EMDR.
Realizó además estudios de Postgrado en Trauma Psicológico e Intervención Psicológica en Catástrofes, a través de la Sociedad Argentina de Psicotrauma.
Trabajó durante 15 años en diversos Programas de atención a niños, adolescentes y sus familias con problemáticas de violencia familiar, de la Dirección General de la Mujer del Gobierno de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Ha dictado cursos, conferencias y talleres sobre maltrato infantil, trauma complejo y disociación en niños, adolescentes y adultos en Argentina, Uruguay, Paraguay, Chile, Bolivia, Ecuador, Colombia, Perú, Estados Unidos, España y Holanda.
Es autora de artículos y capítulos sobre el tema en publicaciones de Argentina, Estados Unidos, España e Italia, y del libro “Rompecabezas. Una guía introductoria al trauma y la disociación en la infancia”.
