The webinar “Suicide Postvention for Managers” will examine the unique concerns and techniques for management personnel who have experienced the loss of an employee due to suicide. You will learn about the role of management in responding to an employee suicide. You will learn about the steps to take from an organizational and human resources standpoint in the aftermath of suicide. This training will address the typical employee issues related to suicide. You will learn how to support your employees and create an action plan to better manage this type of event.
