Jackie Massaro, LMSW, is the Director of Training at Policy Research Associates, Inc. where she oversees development and delivery of training curricula and products. She is also the Director of STEP Technical Assistance and Training. She has extensive experience as a presenter and as a clinician, specializing in the area of persons with serious mental illness and co-occurring substance use disorders. Ms. Massaro has authored numerous educational products for human service providers, criminal justice professionals and consumers of mental health services.
